Registration Advice

The proposed geographical use of the superyacht, as well as for what particular purpose a client is intending to acquire the yacht, will often have a significant bearing on the choice of its registration in a particular jurisdiction.

CJ&S will always discuss and assist clients with these issues at the start of any transaction, not least as these issues are often relevant to the overall lending criteria of some financial institutions and therefore can be a critical consideration for the proposed structure.
